Booking & Payment Policies

Deposit Requirements:

To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required prior to service. This deposit confirms your order and allows me to purchase necessary ingredients prior to your delivery / event. The remaining balance will be due on the day of service.

Venmo / Apple Pay / Check

Cancellation Policy:

We value your understanding regarding our cancellation policy. Please note the following:

Deposits are non- refundable once they have been paid. To avoid being charged the full amount of your order, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event or delivery date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the scheduled event will incur a charge for the full order price.

Service Policies

Menu Customizations:

Any changes to order including special allergy menu requests must be requested at least 48 hours prior to delivery or event.

Service Timing:

Please be on time for your delivery / event. I prioritize punctuality to demonstrate my commitment to valuing your time. I kindly ask that you reciprocate by being on time as well.

Communication Conduct:

I will only contact you directly via phone, email, or social media if you have made an inquiry first. I am dedicated to maintaining respectful and professional communication both online and in person, and kindly ask that you do the same. Providing excellent customer service is a top priority for me, and I am always willing to seek a resolution to any issues on a cordial manner.
